$1.7 billion Miami Riverbridge, mixed-use development with three towers, expects 2029 completion

Miami Riverbridge is a $1.7 billion development in downtown Miami that has been unanimously approved by the Miami City Commission.

Led by affiliates of Hyatt and Gencom, the project will consist of three towers, with the tallest reaching 95 stories and 1,049 feet. The development will include 1,806 apartments, a 615-room Hyatt Regency hotel, and 190,000 square feet of meeting space.

The lease agreement between the City and the joint venture has been finalized, allowing the project to move forward. The development is expected to bring in nearly $1.5 billion in taxes, levies, and ground rent for the city. Designed by Arquitectonica, the Miami Riverbridge project aims to revitalize the downtown Miami Riverfront area and contribute to the city's economic growth. The third tower is expected to be completed in Q3 2029, with the first two towers arriving by Q3 2028.
