Real estate developers Terra and One Thousand Group are partnering with New York-based restaurateur Major Food Group to offer residents of The Villa, a 58-story luxury condominium development in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, a 20,000 sq ft restaurant open to the public as well as special menus for the pool, spa and private residences.
The 60 residences are priced from $4.5m to $8.5m, and residents can have their fridges stocked by Major Food Group. Construction is expected to start by December 2023 and finish by late 2026. The project is budgeted at $500m.
