Guests will have access to three levels of amenities, including a swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, a full-service spa, and versatile meeting rooms equipped with spacious ballroom space, catering to both leisure and business travelers.
This ambitious project, undertaken by Okan Group, marks their first U.S. development and is a testament to their global reputation in construction and development. The tower's striking design, envisioned by Behar Font & Partners, draws inspiration from the tulip, symbolizing the Turkish origins of the Okan Group. The building's curved glass façade is not just visually stunning but also symbolic, blending modern architecture with cultural heritage.
Okan Tower's location at 555 N. Miami Ave places it at the heart of Miami’s cultural and entertainment nexus, surrounded by art, fine dining, and waterfront attractions. The mixed-use structure goes beyond the hotel to include 163 Sky Residences with exclusive amenities, 236 short-term rental residences managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and 64,000 square feet of Class A office space, offering a diverse range of high-end living and working spaces.
The construction of Okan Tower has involved rigorous compliance with Miami's building codes for supertall towers, including successful new piling tests, ensuring safety and durability. With its groundbreaking already underway, the project is on track for completion in 2027.
