Signature offerings include nigiri, maki, donabe fried rice, and hot karaage, while the beverage program showcases a selection of craft beers, rare whiskies, and premium sake from Japan.
The venue’s acoustics and sound system are a collaboration between renowned designers Steven Durr Designs, Soundlux Audio, and Devon Turnbull, also known as OJAS. Durr, a Nashville native, has worked with top artists like Taylor Swift and Lenny Kravitz, while his studio designs are featured in famed places like Electric Lady and Fame Studios. The sound system at 888 is a tribute to music lovers, with vintage-inspired Altec Lansing speakers, technics 1200MK turntables, and amplifiers, creating a sonic environment cherished by audiophiles.
