Alba Palm Beach nears topping out as the tower progress accelerates

March brought rapid vertical progress for Alba Palm Beach, the waterfront residential tower rising along the Intracoastal in West Palm Beach. With structural pours completed for levels 18 through 21, the project is just two slabs away from officially topping out—an exciting milestone expected in the coming weeks.
The transformation is visible from every angle. Exterior glass is now being installed, giving shape to Alba’s distinctive architectural silhouette. Designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners, the tower’s clean lines and modern aesthetic are beginning to emerge in full. At the same time, interior framing is underway on multiple floors, laying the groundwork for the building’s 55 exclusive residences—each designed to maximize natural light, waterfront views, and indoor-outdoor living.
A key highlight this month was the completion of Alba’s two lower penthouse levels, which will offer expansive layouts, sweeping Intracoastal views, and elevated finishes. These residences are part of the tower’s signature approach to boutique luxury living, with private elevator access, flow-through floor plans, and deep private terraces that create a true sense of home in the sky.
Alba Palm Beach is located just north of downtown West Palm Beach and minutes from Palm Beach Island. The building will include a suite of resort-style amenities, including a sunrise and sunset pool, state-of-the-art fitness studio, private marina with boat slips, and a dedicated wellness space. With just 55 residences, Alba offers a more intimate, residential atmosphere compared to larger downtown towers.
Sales are ongoing, and the project remains on track for completion in 2026. The Sales Gallery is located at 250 N. Olive Avenue in West Palm Beach for interested buyers.
