Miami's North Bay Village is poised to become home to the world’s first Pagani Residences, announced by Miami-based developer Riviera Horizons in collaboration with the Italian luxury hypercar brand, Pagani. Set to launch this spring and complete by 2027, this exclusive project will offer 70 bespoke waterfront residences, each designed with the distinctive style and handcrafted quality that Pagani is renowned for.

The 29-story tower, designed by Miami’s Revuelta Architecture International, promises privacy and exclusivity with only four residences per floor, ranging from two to four bedrooms and 2,000 to over 3,300 square feet. Additionally, the penthouses will offer up to 6,900 square feet of indoor space and more than 4,400 square feet of expansive terraces, each incorporating private pools and breathtaking views.

Pagani Residences will integrate art and science, inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s principles, to meld high-tech innovation with sublime aesthetics, providing an unrivaled living experience.
