Anatomy Fitness unveils its largest location yet at The Esplanade Aventura

Anatomy, South Florida’s premier health and wellness brand, is expanding to Aventura with its most ambitious location to date. Set to open in late 2025 at The Esplanade Aventura, the two-story, 26,000-square-foot club will combine high-performance training with state-of-the-art recovery and social wellness offerings—all within walking distance of Aventura Mall.
“We are incredibly excited to bring Anatomy to Aventura, a market that has long expressed a strong desire for a fitness and wellness destination of this caliber,” said the Anatomy Team.

Designed by Frossard Fernandez Design, Anatomy Aventura will feature expansive cardio decks, strength zones, and specialized areas for Anatomy’s signature group classes, including Training Camp, Booty Blast, The Gun Show, Metabolic Meltdown, and Pilates: Burn. The club will also introduce new offerings like Team Training and Anatomy Sports Offering, a performance-driven program focused on small group and athletic training. Members will also have access to advanced body composition testing and thoughtfully designed lounge areas for both work and relaxation.
At the heart of the new location is The Sanctuary—Anatomy’s most expansive recovery and rejuvenation space to date. Known for pioneering the integration of wellness recovery into fitness spaces since 2014, Anatomy continues to lead in combining recovery and social wellness under one roof.
The Sanctuary will include two hot and two cold plunges, a traditional sauna large enough for guided sessions, a eucalyptus steam room, refreshing cold showers, and on-site IV therapy via VitaSquad.
Following high demand from members and the surrounding community, the Aventura expansion is designed to serve clients across both Miami-Dade and Broward counties. “Following overwhelming demand from existing and prospective members, Anatomy is expanding to Aventura to provide an unparalleled health and wellness experience.”
