Aria Reserve is set to be the tallest twin-tower waterfront development in the United States

A recent groundbreaking ceremony marked a significant milestone for the North Tower at Aria Reserve in Edgewater, with Mayor Francis Suarez in attendance. The development is poised to be the United States' tallest twin-tower complex on a waterfront, according to the developer's statements. This follows the South Tower's groundbreaking, which occurred in May 2022. By February 2023, the foundation for the South Tower was poured, and by August, construction had ascended to the 20th level.

Set to stand at 62 stories or 649 feet each, the North and South Towers will feature 360 and 383 condominium units, respectively. Official permit filings confirm these details. Located at 700 N.E. 24th St., the 5-acre site encompasses 550 linear feet of Biscayne Bay frontage. Miami-based firms are leading both architectural and interior design efforts; Arquitectonica for the former and Morada Haute-Furniture Boutique for the latter.

Aria Reserve promises to merge natural beauty with modern amenities. Situated just 10 minutes from Miami's key destinations like pristine beaches, the financial hub of Brickell, the Design District, Wynwood, and Midtown, it aims to offer a blend of luxury and convenience. Residents will have the chance to experience Miami's vibrant lifestyle while enjoying 547 linear feet of waterfrontage, serene landscapes, and advanced in-building technologies.
