Chef Julien Gremaud, known for his popular Avocado Grill in West Palm Beach, plans to open Pink Steak, a modern, healthier steakhouse that breaks away from the traditional masculine American steakhouse vibe.
Located at The Shops at The Press, the restaurant is expected to open in November. Pink Steak will feature a Miami-inspired, retro chic décor with flamingo motifs, and Gremaud plans to incorporate locally grown ingredients and lighter sides. The menu will include all major cuts of meat, an extended raw bar, and the chef's signature twists on chimichurri and herb spices.
