Casa Cipriani, the prestigious hospitality brand recognized globally for its sophisticated hotels and private clubs steeped in Italian elegance, is set to expand past New York and Milan with its first Florida location - Miami Beach, an exclusive 17-story oceanfront development at 3611 Collins Avenue.

Casa Cipriani Miami will feature 40 luxurious hotel suites, 23 exceptionally crafted private residences, and a members-only club designed for discerning clientele seeking refined exclusivity. This project marks a significant expansion into South Florida’s high-end real estate and hospitality markets, further solidifying Casa Cipriani's international footprint following successful ventures in New York and Milan.

The project emerges from a collaboration between Miami's 13th Floor Investments, New York's Midtown Equities, and the renowned Cipriani family, known for their legacy beginning with the legendary Harry’s Bar in Venice, established in 1931 by Giuseppe Cipriani. Architect Brandon Haw has envisioned a contemporary interpretation of Miami Beach’s iconic Art Deco style, promising a visually striking addition to the city's celebrated architectural landscape.
Residences are anticipated to be among Miami Beach’s most exclusive, with initial estimates placing entry-level pricing at around $25 million. Sales are expected to commence later this year, followed shortly thereafter by groundbreaking.

"After the remarkable reception of Casa Cipriani in New York and Milan, we are delighted to bring this distinguished brand to Miami Beach," stated Maggio Cipriani, President of Cipriani USA. "Miami's vibrant cultural and business community aligns perfectly with our vision of providing exceptional luxury, impeccable service, and unmatched privacy in extraordinary settings."
This news comes on the heels of the Cipriani family’s continued growing presence in South Florida, including the Cipriani Residences Miami that is currently under construction, the Cipriani Restaurant in Brickell, the completed Mr. C Residences and Mr. C Hotel in Coconut Grove, and the upcoming Mr. C Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach set to break ground soon.
