Construction is steadily advancing on Alba Palm Beach, a 22-story luxury condominium located at 4714 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.
Designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners, with landscape architecture by Schmidt Nichols, and developed by BGI Companies and Blue Road Group, the project will offer 55 exclusive residences, including four multi-level townhomes featuring private plunge pools and direct water access. Completion is on schedule for Spring 2026.
The development recently hit a major milestone with the pouring of the transfer slab for the sixth-floor amenity deck. This significant pour, the second largest of the entire project, marks the final stage of the building’s podium construction. Moving forward, the construction team will pour one floor every six days, keeping the timeline on track for its targeted completion.
Alba Palm Beach also shared updates on residential availability. Notably, it is the only development in West Palm Beach to offer townhome floor plans with direct water access. Its final townhome has just been listed at $10.5 million. Spanning 6,304 square feet, this residence features four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a private rooftop spa, and a day dock boat slip.
