Design revealed of 49-story Waldorf Astoria Residences in downtown St. Pete

St. Petersburg's skyline is set for a dramatic transformation with the complete redesign of the Waldorf Astoria Residences. This ambitious project, poised to become the city's tallest building and its first hotel-branded luxury condominium, now boasts a fresh architectural vision helmed by Miami-based CUBE 3.

Design revealed of 49-story Waldorf Astoria Residences in downtown St. Pete

Rising 49 stories and reaching 552 feet, the Waldorf Astoria Residences mixed-use tower plans to include 164 upscale residences (available in two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations), 86,000 square feet of Class A office space, and a vibrant ground-floor retail scene spanning 11,000 square feet.

Class A office spaces will occupy floors 14 through 16. Building amenities, including a resort-style lap pool, are located on floors 17 and 18. The residential units will be situated on floors 19 through 49, with two rooftop pools reserved for penthouse owners.

This landmark development is a collaborative effort between Miami-based Property Markets Group, Feldman Equities, City Office REIT, and Tower Realty Partners.
