St. Petersburg will welcome its first hotel-branded luxury condominium building, the Waldorf Astoria Residences. Though associated with the renowned hotel brand, the tower will exclusively offer residential condominiums. This ultra-luxury development will feature 166 residences, ranging from two to five bedrooms, and will also include premium Class A office space.
Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa
The Ritz-Carlton Tampa's main tower is completely sold out, signaling its tremendous success. Building on this momentum, Tower II is under construction and set for completion in mid-2025, with over 60% already sold.

ARC Realty Group introduces Ora Hotel and Residences, a 39-story hotel-condo tower near Tampa’s Water Street. The $600 million project will include 622 units, featuring private residences and hotel-condo units. Ora will have a rooftop deck with an infinity pool, spa tub, DJ booth, large outdoor TV, and a bar and restaurant. Additional features include a signature restaurant, 10,000 square feet of convention space, a lobby bar and café, a fitness center, and a helipad. Presales are expected to begin in November. Co-developers are Sunwest Construction and Prosper Group.
