As one of the final works of the late Viñoly, this project embodies his architectural legacy, contributing to the iconic cityscapes he shaped worldwide. Featuring 440 exclusive residences across two striking riverfront towers, connected by a two-story 45,000-square-foot cultural epicenter, this development will be a testament to Faena’s dedication to excellence and innovation, set to become a defining element in Miami’s dynamic skyline.
