The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has given the green light for the construction of the Summit At Brickell tower following a relatively brief review period. The project, which was submitted to the FAA on April 5, received its approval letter this morning.
Summit At Brickell is set to reach a height of 765 feet above ground, or 769 feet above sea level at its peak, as detailed in the FAA's approval letter.

The 60-story tower is currently under review by Miami-Dade County planners, utilizing the county’s Rapid Transit zoning plan, which allows it to bypass city review. As of now, there has been no construction permit filing with the county.

The Summit will feature 500 apartments and 480 parking spaces. The development is being spearheaded by Lore Development Group, a partnership between Brazilian billionaire Daniel Dantas' Opportunity and Leste Group. The architectural design is by Corwil.
