A new Four Seasons resort and private residences are coming to Telluride’s Mountain Village, expected to open in 2027. The project will introduce a combination of hotel accommodations and residential units, and will aim to offer direct access to Telluride’s slopes, along with new dining and wellness experiences.
Overlooking the Mountain Village pond, the development will feature 54 hotel rooms on the second and third floors. The property will also include 43 hotel residences, all individually owned with the option to be rented, ranging from one to five bedrooms. Additionally, 26 private single-story residences with two to five bedrooms will be available. Pricing starts at $4 million and goes up to $40 million. Designed by Olson Kundig with interiors by Kundig and Clements Design, the project will blend contemporary alpine elements with the natural surroundings.
Residents and guests will have access to a range of amenities, including multiple dining venues, bars, and boutique retail spaces. A wellness-focused area will feature a fitness center, an indoor lap pool, and a 6,500-square-foot spa offering steam, sauna, and cold plunge facilities. The project is led by developers Fort Partners and Merrimac Ventures, with Weitz Construction overseeing the build.
Construction is scheduled to begin this spring, with early interest already driving sales. The development includes ten employee apartments and a $2.5 million investment contribution toward local housing initiatives. The addition of Four Seasons is expected to enhance the hospitality and residential offerings in Telluride’s Mountain Village, further establishing it as a sought-after destination.
