Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel expect 2025 completion

The Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel is a planned 800-room hotel located in Miami Beach, Florida. The hotel is being developed by Terra and Turnberry Associates, and is designed by Arquitectonica. Construction is expected to begin in 2023 and be completed in 2025.



The hotel will be located at the intersection of 17th Street and Convention Center Drive, and will be connected to the Miami Beach Convention Center via an elevated skybridge. The hotel will have 12 floors of guest rooms and 52 suites, as well as four floors of meeting spaces and ballrooms. The hotel will also have a resort-style pool deck, a signature restaurant, a lobby lounge and bar, and limited retail space.



The Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel will be a major addition to the Miami Beach Convention Center District. The hotel will provide much-needed meeting and event space for the city, and will also attract visitors from around the world. The hotel is expected to create hundreds of jobs during construction and operation, and will be a major economic boost for Miami Beach.
