Toronto-based developer Great Gulf has unveiled plans for its next luxury project in West Palm Beach: a new 32-story condo tower set to rise along 5400 N. Flagler Drive's Intracoastal Waterway. This marks the company’s second venture - building on the momentum of its previous success, the fully sold-out La Clara condo, completed in 2023.

The building’s design is a collaboration between renowned local firm Spina O’Rourke + Partners, as executive architect, and Massachusetts-based Safdie Architects.
Currently occupied by the aging Poinsettia Club Apartments, the three-acre property will be transformed into a sophisticated high-rise featuring 87 residences.

The development spans 385,376 square feet and incorporates 204 parking spaces. Townhouses will occupy the lower levels, while the upper stories will house expansive condos and three penthouses offering breathtaking views. Visitor accommodations also include six exclusive suites.

The residences are designed to meet the demand for larger, more luxurious spaces. Condo sizes start at 2,131 square feet for two-bedroom units and extend to 3,822 square feet for three-bedroom layouts. Townhouses range from 1,401 to 1,763 square feet, while the penthouses redefine grandeur with sizes of 5,217, 6,193, and a sprawling 10,636 square feet.
As more affluent buyers and finance professionals gravitate toward West Palm Beach, this project positions itself as a prime offering in the city’s luxury market.
