Charleston-based Hall Management Group, the team behind Halls Chophouse, just opened a high-end seafood restaurant called Halls Catch right next door to their successful Midtown steakhouse.
The restaurant will feature a menu designed by veteran Nashville chef Morgan Lewis, formerly of The Optimist, and overseen by general manager Vladimir Simich, who brings experience from Electric Jane.
Halls Catch promises an experience unlike any other in Nashville. Diners can expect an extensive selection of fresh seafood, including whole fish entrees, rare caviars, and a robust sushi and sashimi program. A dedicated raw bar will showcase oysters, clams, lobster, shrimp, and crab.
Halls Catch draws inspiration from the owners' coastal connections, ensuring the freshest possible catch on their plates. The restaurant's design, entrusted to South Carolina's Garvin Design Group, will subtly evoke the ocean with pearlescent bar tile, warm wood accents, and textured walls reminiscent of shimmering fish scales.
