In-N-Out Burger breaks ground in Franklin, marking first Tennessee location

In-N-Out Burger has officially begun its Tennessee expansion with a groundbreaking ceremony for its first restaurant and corporate office in Franklin on Tuesday, September 10. The California-based burger chain's development in Middle Tennessee has been highly anticipated, and its arrival is expected to bring a significant economic boost to the region.

The restaurant, located at 1951 Double-Double Dr., is scheduled to open in the fall of 2025. The adjacent corporate office will follow a year later in 2026. Combined, the development represents a total investment of nearly $126 million.

Renderings of the proposed restaurant and office show a modern and inviting design. The restaurant will feature the iconic In-N-Out Burger aesthetic, while the office will provide a workspace for the company's growing team.

In addition to the Franklin location, In-N-Out has plans to open additional restaurants in Antioch, Goodlettsville, Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, and Murfreesboro. This expansion will bring the popular burger chain to a wider audience in Middle Tennessee and further solidify its presence in the region.
