New York and South Florida-based real estate development firm, Landau Properties, has announced a substantial construction loan for the highly anticipated Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club, situated on Miami's Bay Harbor Islands. The exclusive residential complex, boasting luxurious condominiums and a private marina, has secured a $29 million construction funding package. The construction project is currently underway, with sales set to commence formally this autumn.
BridgeInvest, a Miami-headquartered private real estate lending institution, has originated the $29 million loan to support the ground-up construction of Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club. This transaction marks the latest addition to BridgeInvest's flagship fund, BridgeInvest Specialty Credit Fund IV, which specializes in development, bridge, and value-added lending across the United States. The construction financing arranged by BridgeInvest was facilitated by Raffi Landau of Estreich and Company.
