Brickell Gets a Boost
JPMorgan Chase is set to transform its Brickell office over the next two years. The existing 80,000-square-foot space will double in size to a substantial 160,000 square feet. This expansion will accommodate 400 new employees and feature cutting-edge technology, enhanced meeting spaces, and improved employee amenities.
West Palm Beach Welcomes JPMorgan Chase
Beyond Miami, JPMorgan Chase is planting its flag in downtown West Palm Beach. The company will open a brand new 13,000-square-foot office in the prestigious 360 Rosemary building. This new location will centralize operations for over 60 employees currently scattered across Palm Beach County.
Fueling South Florida's Economic Engine
JPMorgan Chase's South Florida expansion is expected to be a boom for the region's economy. The project is estimated to contribute an average of $151 million in additional economic activity per year.
Florida Expansion Goes Beyond Miami and West Palm Beach
JPMorgan Chase's commitment to Florida extends beyond Miami and West Palm Beach. The company is investing in new offices located in Melbourne, Sarasota, and Fort Myers. Additionally, their existing Tampa Corporate Center offices are also receiving an upgrade.
