In the heart of Orlando's downtown district, a new 33-story JW Marriott-branded skyscraper is set to join the skyline. Permits for the mixed-use tower, designed by DLR Group and developed by Summa Development Group, have been filed with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and are currently under review.

The JW Marriott Hotel/Convention Center & Residences is set to become a landmark in downtown Orlando, offering 228 hotel rooms, 129 condominiums, two restaurants, a convention center, and an integrated parking garage. The project is expected to anchor the corner of Church Street and Pine Street, further enriching the city's vibrant downtown scene.
