JW Marriott Hotel & Residences mixed-use project to rise near Lake Eola in downtown Orlando

In the heart of Orlando's downtown district, a new 33-story JW Marriott-branded skyscraper is set to join the skyline. Permits for the mixed-use tower, designed by DLR Group and developed by Summa Development Group, have been filed with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and are currently under review.

The tower, anticipated to rise 328 feet above ground, is slated for construction later this year or early next year at 319 East Church Street.

The JW Marriott Hotel/Convention Center & Residences is set to become a landmark in downtown Orlando, offering 228 hotel rooms, 129 condominiums, two restaurants, a convention center, and an integrated parking garage. The project is expected to anchor the corner of Church Street and Pine Street, further enriching the city's vibrant downtown scene.

This development promises a luxurious experience with over 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, a Sky Club on the 33rd floor, and a pool and spa on the 10th floor. The building will have three different entrances for the hotel, convention center, and residences, along with a rooftop garden.
