Kasumi's thoughtfully crafted menu features a variety of sushi and sashimi, prepared with the freshest locally-sourced seafood and premium fish flown in directly from Japan. In addition to sushi, Chef Yagihashi has created standout dishes like Obanzai Garden Vegetables, Shio Koji Sea Bass, and Chicken Toban Taki, each a modern interpretation of classic Japanese fare. Complementing the food, Kasumi offers an extensive selection of sake, Japanese whiskies, artisanal cocktails, and an impressive wine list, ensuring that every dining preference is catered to.

Avedisian, known for her work on both coasts, has curated a space that feels both coastal and modern, with organic elements like teak, rattan, and limestone seamlessly blending into the serene waterfront setting. The interior’s soothing marine palette complements the restaurant’s location, offering a relaxed yet upscale ambiance.

This highly anticipated opening is set to make waves in Boca Raton’s ever-evolving culinary landscape. Located along the scenic Intracoastal Waterway, just at the entrance to the Boca Inlet, Kasumi positions itself as a one-of-a-kind waterfront dining destination, offering both locals and visitors a true taste of Japan in an unmatched setting. With seating for over 150 guests across the bar, dining room, and an outdoor waterfront terrace, Kasumi is designed to cater to all types of dining experiences, from intimate dinners to larger gatherings.
