Conceptual plans have just been revealed for Citadel's new supertall in Brickell, signaling a significant addition to the Miami skyline. Set to rise an impressive 1,032 feet above sea level at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive, the 54-story tower marks the first phase of a multi-phase development that promises to reshape the landscape of this bustling financial district.

The ambitious project underscores Citadel's commitment to expanding its presence in Miami and further solidifies Brickell's position as a thriving hub for business and innovation.

The 1201 tower will boast an impressive 1,293,373 square feet of premium office space, catering to the growing demand for modern work environments in the heart of Brickell. In addition, it will feature 212 luxurious hotel rooms. The tower's commitment to wellness is evident in its inclusion of a state-of-the-art health spa and a fully-equipped fitness club. A grand ballroom, ample parking facilities, and versatile conference and event spaces further enhance the tower, with expectations to become a sought-after destination for both business and social gatherings.

The following phases at 1221 Brickell Avenue/1250-1260 Brickell Bay Drive are expected to feature a mix of office, new culinary offerings, retail, and residential units.
