Regency Development Group has launched La Maré, a collection of two modern boutique residential buildings in Bay Harbor Islands.
The 33-unit Regency Collection and 9-unit Signature Collection will feature luxury villas designed by architect Kobi Karp and interior design by Debora Aguiar Arquietetos. The development will offer bayfront verandas, boat slips, a resort-style rooftop pool deck, and outdoor spaces with landscaping. The buildings will be constructed on elevated pilings to adhere to the changing climate of South Florida, and are designed to be LEED certified. Completion is expected in 2025, and prices for residences will range from $1.375 million to $8 million.
