However, Related Cos., the developer behind The Laurel, counters that these amenities are intended for residents, not commercial operations, emphasizing their role in enhancing the living experience rather than competing with LA Fitness.
The Laurel is part of Related's broader vision for West Palm Beach, attracting professionals and those seeking the flexibility of high-end rentals without the commitment of ownership. The apartments promise stunning views, with design features aimed at blending luxury with convenience, including men's and women's spas, an outdoor bar and grill, and rentable guest suites by Restoration Hardware.
