Boca Raton welcomed Meat Market to its dining scene yesterday, October 5. This esteemed modern American steakhouse, which made its debut in Miami Beach in 2008, has chosen 2000 N.W. 19th St. for its next South Florida location. This expansive venue boasts 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor dining areas and offers three private rooms for intimate gatherings.
Open to the public for happy hour and dinner daily, plans for lunch and weekend brunch are in the pipeline for November. Meat Market's story traces back to seasoned restaurateurs David Tornek, Sean Brasel, and Sébastien Tribout. They broadened their culinary horizon by launching a branch on Palm Beach's island in 2014 and another in Tampa.
Sébastien Tribout, the COO and partner of Meat Market, commented on the brand's image. He stated the venue has become synonymous with a space where discerning patrons and clients converge for critical discussions, valuing the discretion and exclusivity the restaurant offers.
Sean Brasel is not just a co-founder but also a chef-partner. He's showcased his culinary prowess in various competitions and TV programs, such as "Chopped" and "Knife Fight." Brasel's signature is his ability to fuse regional specialties with timeless classics.
David Tornek, the CEO and partner, reflected on the journey since 2008. "From our humble beginnings on Lincoln Road, Meat Market and its dedicated followers have positioned us as a lifestyle dining brand," he noted. He added that the demand for a Meat Market in Boca Raton has been persistent, with patrons seeking a high-end dining experience closer to home.
