More than just a restaurant, CLAUDIE is an homage to "la cuisine du soleil," the Mediterranean-inspired culinary art form pioneered by the legendary Roger Vergé.
This new concept, crafted by the Riviera Dining Group (RDG), captures the elegance, warmth, and freedom synonymous with the Côte d'Azur.
At CLAUDIE, the menu is a celebration of the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean, featuring dishes that highlight the finest seasonal ingredients and the unmistakable essence of "cuisine du soleil."
Helmed by Head of Culinary Chef Michaël Michaelidis, the menu promises to deliver elevated bistronomy dishes such as Caviar Linguine and Table-Side Gazpacho, thoughtfully prepared to transport diners to the French Riviera. Every dish at CLAUDIE is paired with five-star service, evoking the warmth and hospitality of the South of France.
Designed by OV & Co. in collaboration with renowned designer Lazaro Rosa-Violán, CLAUDIE’s interior blends refined elegance with an inviting atmosphere. The space is a modern interpretation of the French Riviera's unique light and artistic flair, creating an ambiance that is both sophisticated and welcoming. From the intoxicating scent reminiscent of sun-kissed fig trees and ocean breezes to the seamless blend of Mediterranean charm and Miami’s dynamic energy, every detail has been curated to captivate the senses.
