Known for its innovative exploration of regional Chinese cuisine, MIMI Chinese has garnered widespread acclaim in Canada, making its arrival one of the year’s most exciting openings.
MIMI Chinese earned its reputation in Toronto for modern interpretations of classic dishes rooted in the diverse culinary traditions of Guangdong, Sichuan, Hong Kong, and Hunan. With its Michelin recognition and a loyal following, the restaurant combines authenticity with creative flair, setting a new benchmark in contemporary Chinese dining.

The Miami Beach location stays true to MIMI Chinese’s ethos, offering a menu inspired by regional Chinese flavors with a fresh perspective. Signature dishes such as Hunan Chili Sea Bass, Shrimp Toast, Hidden Crispy Chicken, House Char Siu, and the iconic Four Foot Belt Noodles highlight the restaurant’s balance of traditional techniques and modern presentation.
