The project, located where demolition has already been completed, has a sales gallery open at the Miami Worldcenter, marking New York-based Naftali Group's inaugural venture in Miami. Danielle Naftali, executive of design, marketing, and sales at Naftali Group, explained that the JEM Private Residences condos would occupy floors 43 and above, while rental apartments would be situated on floors 10 through 42.

Each will have separate lobbies, elevators, and amenity centers, with condo amenities on the 50th floor and apartment amenities on the ninth floor. Condo sizes will range from 469-square-foot studios to four-bedroom units of 2,052 square feet, plus ten penthouses of about 4,000 square feet, with prices starting at just over $540,000 for a studio residence.

Designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica and New York City's Rockwell Group, JEM Private Residences exemplifies luxury, standing 700 feet tall with 67 stories. The building's exterior, inspired by ocean landscapes, features wave-like architecture and wraparound terraces that merge indoor and outdoor living. Its interior boasts a sophisticated design with custom-sculpted walls, illuminated cove ceilings, and stone floors with bronze accents.

The residences include kitchens with Calcatta stone countertops and an array of Miele appliances, as well as bathrooms with sleek vanity basins and custom cabinets. JEM's amenity suite, catering to a variety of needs, includes the Sky Lounge with a fireplace and stone bar, alongside a 60-foot outdoor pool surrounded by cabanas and daybeds.
