Key to the development will be a 44,000-square-foot Pan-Asia Supermarket, set to open in 2025 within the existing structure on the site. Plans also include constructing about ten restaurants, retail stores, and an events center around the supermarket along Interstate 24 at 5255 Hickory Hollow Parkway.

The development is expected to create around 300 construction jobs and up to 500 full- and part-time positions once completed, according to the project's website.
