Southwest Value Partners, the owner and developer of Nashville Yards, alongside StreetLights Residential, has revealed the latest images of its inaugural residential tower, The Everett.

The first of two residential towers at Nashville Yards comprises 361 one- and two-bedroom apartments, with over 650 rooms between both the Everett and the Emory. Both tower will share a third-floor amenity deck. This space will include a pool, a fitness center, a game room, a resident bar, a co-working space, and a golf simulator.

Scheduled for completion by 2025, Nashville Yards will introduce over 4 million square feet of Class A office, retail, restaurant, and residential space. The 35-story Pinnacle Tower will house Pinnacle Financial Partners, Bass Berry & Sims, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

An additional 11-story office building will host businesses like CAA (Creative Artists Agency), AEG Presents, Messina Touring Group, EVO Cinemas, ICONIX Fitness, Ocean Prime, and Fogo de Chão.
