On the eastern edge of Greenwich Village, Manhattan, a new 11-story mixed-use residential building is taking shape at 813-815 Broadway. The project, designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Magnum Real Estate Group, will boast a total of 20 condominium units ranging from one to four bedrooms, along with 2,389 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
The building is enveloped in a uniform brick exterior, complemented by multiple balconies with metal railings on each level, starting from the second story. A landscaped rooftop deck, enclosed by clear glass railings, graces the summit of the building.
The ground floor features a double-height space for the retail component, with residents accessing their homes through an entrance nestled in the northeastern corner of the building, sheltered by a sidewalk canopy.
While the demolition timeline and the start and completion dates for the construction of 813-815 Broadway remain undisclosed, Ryan Serhant of SERHANT has been entrusted with the sales and marketing of the residences, which will include three exclusive penthouse units.
