Newgard Development Group has announced its latest venture, Natiivo Fort Lauderdale, a pioneering 40-story resort condominium located at 200 West Broward Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Slated for completion in 2028, this development is set to feature 384 residences, each fully furnished, with sizes ranging from 500 to 1,200 square feet.
These units, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by ID & Design International, represent Fort Lauderdale’s inaugural resort condominium tailored and licensed specifically for short-term rentals, with prices between the $500,000s and $1.5 million. Cervera Real Estate is spearheading the sales and marketing efforts for the project.
Under the leadership of Harvey Hernandez, Newgard Development Group is introducing a novel model of flexible ownership and short-term rental opportunities to Fort Lauderdale, building upon the success of their Natiivo brand in Miami and Austin. Natiivo Fort Lauderdale is positioned near the Brightline Fort Lauderdale station, offering a mix of studio to three-bedroom units equipped with modern amenities and smart home technology.
The project will include a rooftop pool, a fitness center with a spa, a club room, a lounge, and a signature ground-floor restaurant, alongside additional dining options to enrich the neighborhood.
Owners at Natiivo Fort Lauderdale will enjoy the privilege of hotel services and the choice to enlist their units in a flexible hotel rental program. The development's prime location offers easy access to the city’s beaches, the retail and dining options along Las Olas Boulevard, and cultural attractions like the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. With over 25 years of experience and numerous successful projects, including the transformative Gale Residences & Hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach, Newgard aims to redefine luxury residential real estate and travel, catering to a global clientele seeking lifestyle, convenience, and flexibility.
