Nobu Hospitality is set to make its Canadian debut with the launch of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences Toronto, a long-awaited development located in the heart of the Entertainment District. Rising 45 stories, the project is the brand's first global announcement to combine all three elements—hotel, restaurant, and residences—within a single destination.

Opening in Spring 2025, the hotel is situated atop the historic Pilkington Glass Factory, with two striking residential towers housing a total of 660 units. The hotel occupies floors 41 to 45 of the west tower, offering sweeping views of Lake Ontario and Toronto's cityscape.

This endeavor is the latest from Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Academy Award winner Robert De Niro, and producer Meir Teper, whose partnership has redefined hospitality by integrating exceptional dining, design, and guest experiences.

The 36-suite Nobu Hotel Toronto has been carefully designed to provide privacy and comfort for its guests. Each suite features expansive layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic views of the city's skyline including Lake Ontario. Bathrooms, inspired by traditional Japanese spas, are equipped with heated floors, double stone vanities, rainfall showers, and Toto fixtures. A Nobu signature feature is the deep-soaking wooden tub, positioned to allow guests to relax while overlooking the Toronto skyline.

The Nobu restaurant, which opened in August 2024, spans 10,000 square feet across two levels. It showcases the brand's renowned Japanese cuisine with South American influences. The space includes a bar and lounge, two private dining rooms, a sushi bar, and an outdoor terrace, offering a versatile dining experience that reflects Nobu’s commitment to culinary excellence.

The hotel’s wellness center features advanced fitness equipment, including Peloton bikes and an interactive Pilates room. Guests can also explore the city with access to cruiser bikes. The Sakura Lounge, exclusive to hotel guests, provides a quiet space to enjoy breakfast and other Nobu offerings. In-suite dining and a complimentary minibar ensure that every aspect of the guest experience is thoughtfully curated.

Slated to open in Spring 2025, Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences Toronto represents a significant addition to the city’s skyline and cultural landscape. This development underscores Nobu Hospitality’s dedication to creating spaces that bring together dining, living, and hospitality at the highest level.
