One Tampa, set to be the tallest residential tower in the city, breaks ground

Today, One Tampa broke ground on what will be the tallest residential tower in Tampa, reaching a height of 510 feet. With over half of the units in One Tampa already being sold, it has been one of its fastest-selling projects in the area, generating $200 million in sales within four months.

Starting prices for condos are set at $1 million, with sizes varying from 1,100 to 4,000 square feet.

Originally, the building was designed to be the tallest on Florida's Gulf Coast, soaring to 54 stories and 633 feet. However, this plan was revised after concerns were raised by the Hillsborough County Aviation Commission regarding potential impacts on flights to and from Tampa International Airport.

One Tampa will feature a two-floor amenity deck with a pool, spa, fitness center, F1 racing simulator, golf simulator, social club, fire pits, screening room, co-working space, guest suites, and more. The top level will house three penthouse units.
