One Flagler, state-of-the-art Class A office building expect 2023 completion

One Flagler, an impressive 25-story office tower located in West Palm Beach, Florida, is poised to become a distinguished landmark in the city.

Created by renowned architect David Childs, this exceptional Class-A building spans an area of 270,000 square feet and is scheduled for completion in 2023. It offers an array of amenities including a distinct dining establishment, a serene reading room, and a spacious green area spanning 1.25 acres. Additionally, One Flagler preserves the historic First Church of Christ, Scientist that resides on the premises. Its prime positioning near the waterfront, Financial District, and Okeechobee Business District makes it a captivating destination for financial firms, law firms, and other businesses, which in turn contribute to the city's economic growth and job opportunities.

Sculptor and artist Fred Eversley is also creating an engaging public art installation named "Portals”, and is set to be finalized in the spring of 2024. This artwork will feature a captivating arrangement of eight of Eversley's signature parabolic shapes crafted from transparent, violet-hued polyurethane resin, adorning the One Flagler office tower.
