This development includes approximately 25,000 square feet of space dedicated to Casa Tua’s four new restaurant concepts: Terra, Uva, Fuoco, and Vento. The design of ORA, by the globally recognized award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica, reflects the evolving nature of society, connecting multiple outdoor levels to nature and the environment. The interiors, both for the amenities and residential spaces, are designed by m2atelier, known for their bespoke approach.
The residences, managed by Fortune International Group, range from 500-square-foot studio homes to 2,400-square-foot four-bedroom fully furnished residences, all equipped with panoramic views, ten-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, Italian-designed kitchens and baths, smart home technology, high-speed internet & Wi-Fi, spacious walk-in closets, and washers and dryers. The starting price for these residences is $800,000.
