Predalina, a new Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Tampa's Water Street District, opened on Wednesday, July 5th, on the ground floor of Cora at 1001 Cumberland Avenue. The menu promises to deliver one of the best seafood experiences in Tampa.
The restaurant was crafted by the founders of Oxford Commons Hospitality Company, Blake Casper, and Allison Casper Adams, known for their exceptional portfolio of hospitality and retail shops in Tampa, including the beloved Oxford Exchange, The Library, Current Hotel, and The Stovall House. Predalina paid homage to their great-grandmother, Predaliana Oliveira. Living in vibrant seaside communities from Recife, Brazil, to Porto, Portugal, and Providence, Rhode Island, she served as an inspiration for the restaurant's name as well as the menu and decor.
Predalina is one of the most anticipated new restaurants in Tampa. Led by Chef Keith Bombaugh and a team dedicated to perfection, this seafood haven offers a curated selection of delicacies, from yellowfin tuna crudo to sea bream spetsiota. Guests can indulge in a world of flavors enhanced by an extensive wine cellar, where the finest ingredients from the sea and beyond are celebrated.
