Ralph Pagano's Madame Tang's and Limani Grille are set to join the culinary offerings in Boca Raton

Madame Tang's, a high-end Chinese eatery, is slated to debut in early 2024, marking the brand's first foray into South Florida. Co-founded by Ralph Pagano and Jay Shirodkar, the restaurant aims to bring a contemporary spin to traditional Asian dishes. The menu will feature dim sum, sushi, Chinese whiskey, and sake. Ralph Pagano, known for his involvement in the hospitality sector, presides over Yes Hospitality Group. The company is responsible for other ventures like Naked Taco and Highbar, a rooftop establishment at the Dream Hotel in Miami Beach. Pagano has also gained recognition for hosting "Pressure Cooker" on the Travel Channel and making appearances on shows like "Hell's Kitchen" and "Iron Chef America."

Limani Grille, the second establishment, focuses on Mediterranean cuisine and is set to offer an array of fresh seafood, locally sourced organic vegetables, and traditional Greek dishes such as saganaki and spanakopita. The restaurant has existing locations in Boston and Commack, New York.

Previously, the Town Center at Boca Raton announced the impending opening of Maggie McFly's, another eatery expected to launch by year's end.

Salvador Saldana, the general manager of the Town Center, expressed the mall's enthusiasm for the new additions. "High demand from our shoppers for exclusive dining options reinforces our decision to bring these noteworthy brands to our center," he stated.

Currently, the mall boasts nearly a dozen dining choices, among them The Capital Grille, The Blue Dog Cookhouse and Bar, and La Boulangerie Boul'Mich.
