Ray Nashville, the latest ambitious project from Dasha Zhukova's development company, Ray, has officially broken ground in the heart of the Pie Town neighborhood in Nashville, Tennessee. This highly anticipated development is designed by the renowned architecture firm Johnston Marklee & Associates and will stand as a 32-story tower that spans a total of 575,000 square feet. Its sleek and modern design draws inspiration from Miesian architectural principles, offering a bold and visually striking addition to the city's evolving skyline.

The exterior of Ray Nashville is distinguished by a tinted blue hue, which is meant to reflect the expansive and ever-changing Tennessee skies. Housing a total of 367 residential units, Ray Nashville offers a variety of floor plans to meet the needs and lifestyles of a diverse group of residents. The building will include 150 studios, ideal for those seeking a compact and efficient living space, 107 one-bedroom apartments, 90 two-bedroom apartments, and 20 spacious three-bedroom apartments.
