Related Group, in collaboration with Pininfarina, introduces the Andare Residences

The Related Group has unveiled its latest venture, a condominium project on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, partnering with the esteemed Italian design brand, Pininfarina. Named "Andare Residences by Pininfarina," the development is poised to stand 45 stories tall, hosting 163 units at the address of 521 E. Las Olas Blvd.

Historically, the Miami-based Related Group secured the plans for this condo in 2022. Before unveiling the intricate details and branding of the project, they had acquired the 0.65-acre property for an aggregate amount of $11.25 million in 2020.

Notably, this isn't the first collaboration between Pininfarina and the Related Group. Their earlier notable project was the "1100 Millecento by Pininfarina" in Miami, executed nearly ten years ago. This new venture transports that Italian flair to Las Olas, a vibrant hub known for its upscale dining, retail spots, and top-tier office structures.

Describing the allure of Las Olas, Nick Pérez, the president of Related's Condominium Division, shared, "Las Olas represents both timeless charm and metropolitan progression. It boasts a distinctive walkable environment filled with gastronomic and retail treasures. Recognized as Fort Lauderdale's prime residential sector, Las Olas has matured over the years. The region is ripe for a sophisticated, amenity-rich condominium, and our collaboration with Pininfarina solidifies our ambition."

Prospective residents can anticipate condo sizes varying from 1,800 to a lavish 4,300 square feet. These units will be equipped with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The starting price for these units is pegged at $1.6 million.

Andare Residences promises more than 35,000 square feet dedicated to both indoor and outdoor facilities. These include a modern fitness center, a pickleball court, a professional kitchen for catering, a recreational lounge with gaming tables, a dedicated workspace, a club-style lounge with an adjoining bar, dual rooftop swimming pools, and a comprehensive wellness spa offering a range of services including salt therapies, sauna sessions, steam rooms, and massage parlors.

The architectural design for the project has been entrusted to Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates Architects, based in Miami Lakes.

Highlighting the significance of this launch, it's worth noting that this marks the debut of a major condominium in this locale since the completion of "100 Las Olas" by Kolter Group in 2020.
