Located within the new Dua Miami, Autograph Collection Hotel (formerly SLS Brickell), this opening marks the group’s highly anticipated expansion into the U.S., joining the brand’s successful roster of flagship locations in Mexico, including Polanco, Tulum, Cancun, and Los Cabos. RosaNegra Miami offers an elevated Latin American menu with influences from the rich gastronomic traditions of Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil. In addition to beloved RosaNegra classics, the Miami location offers a unique culinary program that reflects the city’s energy and vibrant food scene. The menu leads with enticing appetizers such as Burrata & Mole, Tuna Tostadas, and a range of raw bar items Shrimp Carpaccio, Salmon Tiradito and Green Ceviche with aguachile. Standout signature dishes include dramatic Lucifer Tomahawk on Fire, Super Colossal Octopus, and Orzo Pasta with Ribs. The menu also features a premium beef selection, including Kobe beef, Japanese wagyu, and an array of USDA prime-quality Argentinian cuts.
RosaNegra’s beverage program pays homage to Latin America’s diverse spirit culture. Signature cocktails include the Paradise in the Jungle (Brazilian cachaça, coconut liqueur, lemon juice, and avocado); La Lola (Charanda-aged rum from Michoacán, passion fruit, lemon juice, and a clarified strawberry foam); and Luna (Bacanora, an agave-based spirit from Sonora, orange liqueur, roasted pineapple, turmeric, green tomato, and basil). Complementing the cocktails, the menu also features an extensive selection of Mexican wines, premium tequilas, and mezcals. Guests can look forward to the high-energy ambiance that the RosaNegra brand is famous for, complete with live instrument performances and a resident DJ, creating a seamless transition from a refined dining experience to an exhilarating late-night atmosphere.
Designed by Clavel Arquitectos and Grupo RosaNegra’s CEO and Founder, Eduardo Beaven, RosaNegra Miami spans an impressive 13,600 square feet—including 4,600 square feet of outdoor dining space. The venue exudes a modern, elegant ambiance, marrying natural elements with contemporary design. Warm, earthy tones, a wooden ceiling, and expansive windows fill the dining area with natural light, creating an inviting yet sophisticated environment. The bar area is accentuated by neutral lighting and framed by captivating artwork that distinguishes all of RosaNegra’s locations. An expansive outdoor patio, adorned with woven basket chandeliers, lush greenery, and plush seating, offers an idyllic setting for al fresco dining. Beyond the main dining area, guests will also discover an exclusive speakeasy, offering a secluded, intimate retreat for savoring expertly crafted cocktails.
RosaNegra is open daily for dinner service starting at 5 pm, with brunch and lunch to launch in the coming weeks. Nightly programming will roll out in the coming months.
