Phase 1, set to reach completion by mid-year, focuses on breathing new life into the distinguished Governor's and Presidential ballrooms. Spanning an impressive 133,000 square feet, these revitalized spaces will offer state-of-the-art amenities and refined design touches, perfect for hosting high-profile events. Adjacent to these ballrooms, the former Magnolia Pool Courtyard will be reimagined into the vibrant $40 million Magnolia District.
