Fortune International Group and Château Group have commenced construction on The St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. Set to become the tallest oceanfront residential towers in the area at a height of 750 feet, the development spans 435 linear feet of unspoiled beach. The architectural design is the work of renowned firm Arquitectonica, with interiors crafted by São Paulo-based Patricia Anastassiadis of Anastassiadis Arquitetos and landscape design by EDSA. Coastal Construction is in charge of the project's construction. The South Tower, the first to be finalized, will feature a selection of 175 premium residences.
The formal construction kickoff took place at 18801 Collins Avenue, coinciding with a significant celebration at the oceanfront sales gallery, the future location of The Residences. The event was graced by esteemed guests and key government figures, including the Mayor of Sunny Isles Beach, city officials, and the project's visionary leaders—Edgardo Defortuna, President and CEO of Fortune International Group, and Manuel Grosskopf, CEO of Château Group.
Manuel Grosskopf, CEO of Château Group, stated, "This pivotal moment signifies the inception of an unparalleled lifestyle that we aim to offer our future residents. The unique blend of cutting-edge architecture, innovative interiors, and stunning oceanfront vistas will provide an exceptional living experience, epitomizing the luxury and elegance unique to Sunny Isles Beach."
Edgardo Defortuna, President and CEO of Fortune International Group, added, "The remarkable sales performance attests to the project's strong resonance with discerning buyers, reaffirming the enduring allure of this exceptional development. The enthusiastic response from clients highlights the demand for the unique experience The Residences will provide, cementing its status as the ultimate locale for coastal living."
The construction of The St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach comes on the heels of an extraordinary sales record for the project. It has garnered over $110 million in sales this summer alone, contributing to an impressive total of $850 million in sales thus far.
The high demand for these iconic residences underscores the project's extensive amenities, superior architectural design, and prime location. This success is a tribute to the collaborative vision of Fortune International Group and Château Group, as The St. Regis Residences aims to set new benchmarks in oceanfront living along Miami's prized coastline.
