Sushi by Boū, the iconic flagship brand from NYC’s Simplevenue, is bringing its legendary omakase experience to Music City, debuting at Dream Nashville on Thursday, March 6. Tucked inside one of the city's hottest dining and nightlife destinations, this high-energy, speakeasy-style sushi lounge is set to dazzle with a 12-course edomae-style omakase that blends artistry, flavor, and flair.

Known for its signature hour-long omakase experience, Sushi by Boū continues to grow, now marking 22 locations, including the recently opened world’s first mobile omakase restaurant in Puerto Rico.

Spanning over 1,000 sq. ft., the space—accessible through Stateside Kitchen—features two distinct bar counters: a front liquor bar and a 14-seat sushi counter at the rear. Reflecting the brand’s tradition of embracing local character, Sushi by Boū Nashville incorporates Dream’s art deco heritage with black and gold accents, plush velvet barstools, and lounge seating in rich emerald and sunset orange hues, evoking the elegance of the Roaring Twenties.

Sushi by Boū offers a 60-minute, chef-curated 12-piece omakase for $65, featuring sustainable fish for consistent, high-quality flavors year-round. Guests seeking an elevated experience can choose the "$100 Boūgie Upgrade" for a 17-course omakase, which adds five seasonal selections that rotate based on the freshest market offerings.

“With Nashville’s ever-growing culinary scene, we are thrilled to introduce Sushi by Boū to Music City,” said Simplevenue founders Michael Sinensky and Erika London. “Our first Nashville location at the Dream Hotel is the perfect setting to showcase high-quality sushi in a vibrant, high-energy environment.”

Signature omakase selections include Ikura (Salmon Roe), Gindara (Miso Cod), and Unagi (BBQ Eel), complemented by craft cocktails such as the Yuzu Honey Bee, Shiso Southsider, Roku Martini, Citrus Highball, and the ‘Boū’levard of Broken Dreams.

Leading up to the grand opening, Sushi by Boū is launching the "Sushi For The People" contest, giving omakase enthusiasts a chance to win a complimentary 12-course omakase and craft cocktail experience for two. Fourteen winners will be selected and announced during opening week. To enter, visit: https://lp.sushibybou.com/oftp-nashville
