Sushi Garage is preparing to debut a new outpost inside The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, adding another dynamic culinary destination to the fast-growing neighborhood. Developed by Rosso Development, Standard International, and Midtown Development, the highly anticipated project is nearing completion and close to a full sellout.

Created by the acclaimed Juvia Group, founded by Jonas and Alexandra Millán, Sushi Garage brings a contemporary take on traditional Japanese cuisine in a casual, elevated setting. The new restaurant will be part of The Standard Residences’ culinary lineup alongside Solana, a rooftop restaurant and bar by Juvia Group, and Rosetta Bakery Café & Privato Speakeasy.

Designed by Manuel Clavel Rojo of Spain-based Clavel Arquitectos, the new Sushi Garage location aims to capture the playful, neighborhood-driven energy of the original concept, while introducing a vibrant indoor-outdoor bar and expansive sidewalk seating to match Midtown’s lively streetscape.

The restaurant’s focus remains on high-quality, sustainable ingredients crafted with innovative techniques, and its signature happy hour—a hallmark of its South Beach and Coconut Grove locations—will continue to be a key feature.

Located at 3100 N.E. 1st Avenue, The Standard Residences marks the brand’s first standalone residential project. Offering 228 residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts, the project blends flexible living with The Standard’s signature style.

Residents will have access to a range of amenities, including a 60-foot rooftop pool, a rooftop restaurant and bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an infrared sauna, indoor pickleball court, yoga studios, a karaoke bar, screening room, and dedicated co-working spaces.

The Standard Residences is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025, with sales and marketing led exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. For more information, visit thestandardmiamiresidences.com
