Running from November 2, 2024, through March 1, 2025, this outdoor rink promises to bring a "winter wonderland" to the heart of West Palm Beach, complete with Aspen-inspired chalets and four innovative food and beverage options. The Ben Hotel has consistently delivered "Exactly Like Nothing Else" experiences in line with the Autograph Collection’s philosophy. Known for popular events such as Princess Brunch, Afternoon Tea Networking, Trivia Nights, and rooftop gatherings, the hotel is no stranger to creativity and community engagement. Now, with this winter attraction, the property offers locals and visitors an authentic seasonal escape, blending winter ambiance with South Florida’s tropical backdrop.

The transformation of The Ben Hotel’s outdoor space into a winter wonderland aims to create an "Instagramable" destination. Guests will find festive lighting, holiday music, and decorations evoking a snowy mountain village while palm trees sway overhead. Ice skates are available for rent, and all ages are invited to enjoy a rare treat in South Florida: real outdoor ice skating made possible by Ice America’s sophisticated refrigeration system, which uses aluminum coils to keep the rink frozen. Ice America, founded by a couple from Southern California, has built a reputation for its sustainable outdoor ice rink solutions in warm climates.

Adding to the winter experience, The Ben Hotel will feature themed food and drinks, inspired by cozy winter lodges, alongside a VIP section for special guests. Throughout the season, a lineup of seasonal events, family-friendly activities, and exclusive themed parties will bring further cheer to visitors.
