The Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is set to break ground early next year, and will offer a unique car elevator system

In a groundbreaking venture, Bentley Motors, in partnership with Sieger Suarez Architects and Dezer Development, is set to introduce the Bentley Residences tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami.

This 61-story, 749-foot building, expected to be completed in 2027, redefines luxury living with its 216 opulent homes, each featuring uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and intracoastal waterways. A highlight of this development is the unique vehicle lift, named the "Dezervator" after Dezer Development, allowing residents to seamlessly travel with their cars, at 800 feet per minute, directly to their residences.

The Bentley Residences tower stands out for its meticulous design that incorporates Bentley's signature diamond motif, evident in the building's diamond-shaped glass facade and lobby floor tiles. Each unit in the building boasts an in-unit multi-car garage, catering to luxury car owners, with a sophisticated car elevator system that transports vehicles to the correct floor.

The residences themselves are a study in luxury and sustainability, featuring private balconies, swimming pools, saunas, and outdoor showers. The tower's amenities include a gym, spa, pet spa, whisky bar, a resident-only restaurant, wellness center, and cinema. In line with environmental considerations, the building is designed to meet the Florida Green Building Coalition certification, using environmentally safe materials and reduced coastal lighting.

The interiors, made from sustainably sourced natural materials, reflect a calming coastal palette, with unique design elements like wood pillars veined with copper dust. Chris Cooke, head of design collaborations at Bentley, emphasizes the seamless integration of Bentley's design ethos in both the residences and communal amenities, such as the cinema and whisky bar.

Prospective buyers can experience a taste of this unparalleled luxury at the on-site beachfront sales gallery, which houses a full-size 6,000-square-foot replica unit furnished by Bentley Home. Bentley Residences Miami is not just a building but a manifestation of Bentley's commitment to exceptional design and luxury living, translated from their world-renowned automobiles to a residential tower.
